Biography

Elizabeth Osborne is an artist living in Atlanta, Georgia. She learned oil painting from her mother at the age of six. After receiving her BFA from the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, Elizabeth moved to Louisville, Kentucky to pursue freelance illustration, then moved to Atlanta and began a career in television graphics at CNN. Later, she became art director at WAGA-TV Atlanta. After having two boys with her husband Henry Kelly, Elizabeth has returned to oil painting and enjoys painting landscapes and portraits, as well as occasional still lifes. Atlanta is becoming more serious about its art and galleries, so it's a great time to be an emerging artist.

Elizabeth works in a studio in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood, which she shares with studio partner Barbara Evan Davis, a photographer.
